Osteoporosis can be a problem due to loss of bone tissue or weakness in your bones.

Menopause doesn't have to be a bad thing, but is usually an emotional turning point. There can be so many positive and rewarding opportunities for you to ponder the things that you have done and hope to do in this phase of life.

Menopause can be brought on early because of poor nutrition

Women can enter into menopause as early as their 30's and as late as their 60's

Menopause has many symptoms such as changes in mood, lack of sex drive, poor sleeping patterns, hot flashes, skipped periods and painful intercourse.

There is no way to avoid menopause. It will happen to all women. There is no way to prevent it.

You can make this transition easier if you stay away from spicy foods and hot drinks and try to avoid stress. Try wearing loose clothing, eat healthy and exercise regularly. This should help you battle a few of the symptoms that are making this time in your life more difficult.
