Signs Of Menopause
It's A Shame For You To Suffer Through Menopause - When You Really
Don't Have To"
Menopause is or will be a
part of every woman’s life, when the menstrual cycle permanently ceases when we
are young and entering puberty, our menstruation cycle begins, which leaves us
with the ability, if we chose to do so, to reproduce.
We have our cycles monthly
until the onset of menopause, which can begin as early as in our 30’s to 60’s,
but usually in our 40’s to 50’s. However, our experiences can differ from
one woman to another, but the end result is still the
same.
As we are entering menopause,
the monthly reproduction of eggs begins to slow down and eventually the body
will discontinue to produce altogether. The
production of estrogen also slows down and eventually stops. Because of
the elimination of estrogen, the symptoms begin to occur.
Some of the typical symptoms
are hot flashes, where you suddenly feel very hot, heavy sweating at night,
vaginal dryness and lack of sexual desire, partial loss of memory, weight gain,
changes emotionally, such as mood swings, irritability, and melancholy.
The signs of menopause can
bring on many emotional challenges that are sometimes
overlooked. It may be difficult for many women to deal with the
fact that their reproductive life is over. There are so many women
feeling these symptoms and it is important for you to reach out and support one
another.
No two women will experience
every one of these symptoms alike. The severity of the symptoms will also
vary due to the life style they are living and the way they take care of
themselves. When you live a healthy lifestyle, your symptoms are usually
less severe. You should eat more natural food, have a healthy lifestyle,
get plenty of sleep, exercise regularly and try to manage your stress level.
Many women might find that
making these changes in their lifestyles, helps them to better prepare
themselves and handle the signs of menopause. If a woman finds that
these suggestions aren’t helping mange the symptoms,
there are a variety of treatment therapies available to help women deal with
their inability to cope.
